We are a professional team that helps talented musicians in finding interesting jobs on a cruise. We have over 10 years of experience in the industry of talent recruitment and over the past year we have created a new branch working with Cruise Companies. 

How it all began…

There is an incredible number if talented musicians in Russia who are dreaming  of working on cruise ship but have no idea how to make this dream come true. This kind of employment involves a lot of  questions, such as where to find vacancy, which documents required for work, is visa necessary, who buys tickets etc – now we solve all these questions for musicians!

We guide our artists through every step of the way: from the audition process until the moment 

when they are back from their contract in their own home. 

We assist  with all the paperwork, provide all necessary information and documentation.

We introduce performers (musicians) into the world of amazing travel and provide them with a chance to do the work

 they love while discovering amazing places and meeting new people.
